PARKING INFORMATION:
Parking at the UFV Abbotsford Campus has a fee of $4.00 for up to 6 hours at the meter (which requires exact change) of via Pay by Phone. Additional details on the UFV website. Parking Lot #10, located off of Gillies Ave. is the suggested lot for parking for the Kickback.
For vendors who have arranged for parking with the SUS events team, your parking spot number(s) will be emailed to you directly on Thursday, September 15, 2022. Please refer to the final details email for your parking location, within Parking Lot #10.
If you are a food truck vendor, please see below your pre-determined reserved area within the event grounds: Enter from Lot #10 onto the green area.

Washrooms
Nearest washrooms to the Kickback event can be found in the S Building and the G Building.
These washroom locations are highlighted on the event layout map.
Water bottle Refill Stations
Nearest water bottle refill stations to the Kickback event can be found in the S Building and the G Building. These refill locations are highlighted with a bottle on the event layout map.
Hand Sanitizer Stations
Hand sanitizer stations will be stationed outdoors throughout the Kickback event, as well as can be found inside most UFV Buildings.
ATM Machines
The nearest Campus ATM Machines to the Kickback are located within S Building and marked with a ATM icon on the event layout map.
Waste Bins and Recycling Receptacles
UFV is kindly providing additional waste bins and recycling receptacles for the Kickback event. They will be stationed outdoors within the Beer Garden and in the proximity of the food trucks. Additional permanently stationed waste bins can be found around the Green, along with additional waste bins and recycling receptacles within UFV’s buildings. If at any point during the event, you notice full waste bins and/or recycling receptacles, please kindly notify your SUS Lead.
“NEED TO KNOW”:
On-site First Aid
Medix BC is providing on-site first aid services to event organizers, vendors, and attendees at the Kickback. They will be set up outside on the Green, their location is marked with an ambulance icon on the event layout map.
If an emergency occurs, please seek immediate assistance from a First Aid Responder at the Medix BC company tent, thank you.
Space for Chilling Out
If an attendee needs a quiet space for some peace and to be away from the event ground, there will be pallet seating set-up outdoors for attendees to chill out, sit back and relax!
