UFV Student Union Society executives travelled to Ottawa to attend the Federal Advocacy Week, hosted by the Canadian Alliance of Student Associations (CASA).

From a small group of passionate volunteers in the 1990s to becoming a central part of campus life today, SUS has continued to grow and evolve while staying true to its mission of supporting, representing, and celebrating UFV students.

In August 2025, the SUS executive team attended SUDS at UBC to strengthen advocacy, leadership, and national connections in support of UFV students.

This July, two UFV Student Union Society executives travelled to Calgary to attend the CASA Policy & Stratergy Conference, hosted by the Students’ Association of Mount Royal University.
