This fall semester SUS is bringing students something exciting to ease up their university experience!
We all know, being a student comes with financial hardships, and it is almost the best thing ever when we get something for a discounted price or even FREE!
Well, SUS heard you there ! If you are a student taking classes on campus, you are eligible for your U-Pass. With the U-Pass, students get access to an additional program we are bringing to you called the “Student Perks Program”.
The Student Perks Program (SPP) brings students discounts and promotions offered by businesses within our local community ranging from health and wellness, entertainment, food and beverage, repair services, shopping and retail.
Recently, SUS has worked on bringing on the following vendors offering various discounts and promotions:
Wireless World Solutions Fido, offering 30% off accessory sales
Abbotsford Volkswagen, offering 10% extra discount off services and parts
Mikes Computer Shop, offering Employee pricing
COMING SOON we have Sprouted Oven, Boardwalk Cafe & Games, EXIT Abbotsford, FUEL Abbotsford and more!
There are 2 simple steps to redeeming these perks at any of the local businesses listed above, as follows:
Have a valid U-Pass Sticker
Present your Student ID card with U-Pass Sticker to the vendor/business for an applicable discount
SUS is currently working on bringing additional vendors for the SPP. However, we are open to any student feedback or suggestions for local businesses you would like to see on the list.
