1. Make sure your Club or Association is registered and acknowledged by the SUS
2. If the event being planned involves the consumption of alcohol, it is mandatory to submit an event request to UFV Student Services Department through the UFV-My Campus Life Portal.
The event must be approved by the UFV Student Services Department and by UFVSUS in order to proceed.
