Who am I? First and foremost, I am Mi'kmaq, Taiwanese, and French. I am a third year Criminology student with
a focus on Indigenous treatment in the Canadian criminal justice system, mental illness, and theories of deviant
behavior. I am a certified black belt in Sun Hang Do, but I no longer practice due to injuries sustained.
Otherwise, I'm just like anyone else! I study, watch Netflix, study, sleep, study, eat. Rinse, lather, repeat.
As the Advocacy Officer last year, I worked on a lot of student issues that I am passionate about. I am grateful to be in
this position, and I will do my best to offer a variety of perspectives on student issues. If you want to get
involved, learn about your Student Union, or talk to someone, I am only an office away. Your voice matters
in your education, so please feel free to send an email or drop by!
